date what I wore what I asked for what he did
feb 2002 paint-splattered orange pants and grungy white polypro shirt to fix flat tire told me he could sell me the inner tube, then show me how to replace it instead of charging for labor; proceeded to do so
aug 2002 worn sage-colored pants and some non-nice shirt for them to replace the front fork thought I was hardcore for having been in the crash that bent it to oblivion
sept 2002 jeans and something new road bike inner tube "So you're really riding now, huh?"
yesterday nice watch because I lost my regular one on the plane, button-down shirt with sequins and beads and things two sets of brake pads translated "I'd like two sets of brake pads" to "I'd like you to replace my two sets of brake pads for me."
