Strange weather report

Mundane as weather is, I love to talk about it. Thunderstorms are one of the things I'll be excited to see back on the east coast. My favorite storms were the daily 15-minute lightning ragers that struck at 3pm every day of the five weeks I spent in Arizona, and dried up in the 100+ heat within moments afterward.
Anyway, here's a really weird snippet from the unassuming little WeatherDock that usually spits out phrases like "Sunny", "Partly sunny", "Cloudy", or, when getting really adventurous, "Windy". But "Showers in the Vicinity"? Say what? Don't stray too far from your front door because even if it's not raining here, it's raining really nearby?!
